Hull University Ball
Hull University Students Union regularly call in HPSS to either supplement their in house PA System, or when the artists stature demands it to supply a full PA System to the artist specifications. So naturally at May Ball time, James Brooks, Entertainment manager at Hull University S.U. Calls HPSS to supply a full L-acoustics PA system consisting of ARCS and SB218’s for FOH, side fills and front fills, and HIQ monitors with a Midas Heritage at FOH and a Midas Sienna on stage for monitors. The Headliners Fun Loving Criminals performed a great set, and both the band’s engineers were happy with the equipment and personnel supplied. Iain Firth supervised at FOH and mixed the support acts, and Simon Lutkin did the same on stage. FLC’s monitor engineer commented, “ Excellent speakers and excellent crew, it made my day very easy”.
