The PA system supplied was an all L-Acoustics system comprising Arcs and SB218’s on FOH with 115XT HiQ’s on Monitors. Both FOH and monitor systems were driven by L-Acoustic LA8 amplifier controllers with Yamaha M7CL’s driving each end. The schedule for the event was extremely fast moving with all changeovers being allocated 15 mins or less. With the right preparation and use of our fully patchable multicore system the event ran smoothly and to time without any problems. Artists that performed were Titus, Dakota with SkyBlue, The Archbishops Soul Band and Shades of Glory.
Lighting was designed and operated by Keith Harper and the system comprised 24 1kW PAR’s, 6 575 Studio Spots and 8 LED Pixel PAR’s. Due to restrictions on flying in the venue a 9m back truss was ground supported to allow use of a rear projection screen and hanging of drapes. Control of the lighting system was by a Zero 88 Fat Frog. Due to limited power available within the venue HPSS organised supply and installation of a 45kVA generator.
AV equipment supplied was a 12ft x 9ft rear projection screen with a Sanyo XF45 projector. XLS themselves supplied all other equipment and staff to drive the system.
After the event finished all equipment was de-rigged immediately with the site clear by just after midnight.
